Students complete nine problems mixing division with other operations — flyers distributed then added to, five friends pooling money, and an apple daily rate applied to three days. The matching activity pairs four expressions using division combined with multiplication or subtraction with their results.

Division-first multi-step problems require students to compute a unit rate or equal share before applying it in the second operation.
