Part A: Fill in the Blank
Write the missing word or number on each line.
1. When the short hand points to 7 and the long hand points to 12, the time is 7 o'clock.
Long hand on 12 = exactly on the hour. Short hand on 7 = 7 o'clock (7:00).
2. When the short hand points to 10 and the long hand points to 6, the time is half past 10.
Long hand on 6 = half past. Short hand between 10 and 11 = 10. Time is 10:30.
